Beautiful selection of tiles to suit all budgets. I selected Onyx Verde. My tiler said the quality is fantastic for the price after mentioning the m2 price to him. Everyone who sees them seems to love them. Order process was easy. Staff were helpful with there knowledge. Delivery came within 2 days. After an initially great service when ordering samples my final order arrived with 6 broken tiles. I contacted Jamie and he was very responsive to sort the problem. However after a few weeks I began chasing the offered replacements and was getting very little back. When I called I was contstanly told the person I needed to speak to was out of the office. After 12 weeks I had to fit what I had using damaged tiles where they couldn’t be seen and eventaually leaving on wall untiled. Terrible service.

Purchased in October. Outstanding experience with Luxura Stone. I bought some tiles for a small project at home since I was changing my shower unit. Quality of the tiles are top quality; either the sample sent in advanced or the pictures in this review don’t make justice to how beautiful they are: they really look marble. The delivery was spot on on time, courier delivered with lot of care, tiles were very well protected and non of them were broken. Customer service has been one of the best experiences ever: focused in my needs and queries, and follow up after purchase. After a few months with the tikes on the wall, I can say that I cannot be happier with my choice. I need to do a couple of tile jobs more at home in the next coming months and I will definitely buy from Luxura Stone again.

How will you deliver my order?

The majority of our orders are delivered kerbside on an 18 tonne vehicle by our 'excellent' rated courier. Smaller orders that weigh under 18kg may be delivered by a parcel courier.

When will I get my order?

You can choose a convenient weekday for your delivery on the checkout page of our online store. Over 97.5% of our orders are delivered on their chosen date.

How much is UK delivery?

Delivery to most mainland UK postcodes is free on orders over £500.
For orders under £500, delivery is just £50.

If you live in a remote or island postcode, you may incur additional delivery charges. Please see our delivery page for further information.

What is kerbside delivery?

Our pallet deliveries are kerbside only made with a tail-lift and manual pump truck. This means your order will be delivered to the nearest kerbside at your address, at the driver’s discretion. The manual pump truck cannot go over grass, gravel, slopes or inclines. The driver will leave your order and the pallet at this location.

What happens if my order is damaged?

Although our orders are dispatched in pristine condition, damage can sometimes occur in transit. If your order is damaged, please take photos of the damaged tiles, sign the delivery note as “Damaged” and contact our customer services within 24 hours of delivery.

What is your return policy?

If you change your mind, don’t worry. You can return your full order to us within 30 days of delivery, as long as packaging is unopened and tiles are unused. Please note that you’ll need to arrange delivery back to our warehouse and we can’t cover the cost of this. For further information, please see our Returns page.

How do I order my tiles?

Simply head to your chosen product page and enter the amount of square metres you wish to purchase into the Ordering box. Remember to include an extra 10% to cover waste and cuts! Our website will automatically calculate how many boxes of tiles you’ll need - we’ll always round this up to the nearest full box. At the checkout, you’ll be able to choose a convenient delivery date for your order.

Where are your tiles made?

Knowing where our product comes from is very important to us. That’s why we source over 95% of our tiles from specialist factories in that we have personally visited. Our strong supplier relationships guarantees you the best quality tiles for a great price.

Why are your prices so good?

All our tiles are fantastic quality and are far less expensive than comparable tiles on the high street. We’re able to offer such great prices because we source in volume directly from the factory and don’t operate traditional showrooms. With fewer overheads and no middlemen to pay, we can pass great savings directly onto you, our customer.
