We believe it’s important to be completely transparent about delivery charges. So that’s why we offer our customer a delivery service that’s quick, simple and always great value.

FREE express delivery on orders over £500*.
For orders under £500, express delivery is just £50.

*to most mainland UK postcodes

If you live in a remote or island postcode, you may incur additional delivery charges. Please see below for further information.

Choose a Convenient Delivery Date

Before you checkout you’ll be able to choose a preferred weekday for your delivery. Please note that we’re unable to deliver on bank holidays and weekends.

Unfortunately delivery dates are not 100% guaranteed so we do not recommend booking in any tradespeople until you have received and checked your order.

Deliveries are generally made between 8am and 6pm – unfortunately we’re unable to offer specific time slots. However, we do ask the delivery drivers to call one hour ahead, where it’s safe and possible to do so.

Kerbside Delivery

In common with most pallet deliveries, our deliveries are made to the kerbside only. This means they won’t necessarily be made to your driveway or front door. Delivery drivers are not insured to enter your property, open the pallet or physically handle any tiles.

Access issues

Please inform us in advance if there’s any local access issues such as narrow lanes, repair works or road closures. This way, we’ll be able to make alternate arrangements if required, so there’s no delay to your delivery.

There may be an extra charge if a smaller vehicle or re-delivery is required – we’ll discuss this with you, where necessary.

Surcharge and Island Postcodes

An additional delivery charge will apply to certain postcodes:

£65 – Remote Postcodes:
FK20-21, G83-84, PA21-38, PH33, PH36-41, PH49-50, TR17-26, AB, IV0-39, IV63, KW1-14, PH19-32, PH34-35

£100 – Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scottish islands:
HS, IV40-56, PA20, PA40+, PH42-44, KA27-28,ZE, KW15-17, PO30-41, GY, IM, JE

Delivery to these remote and island postcodes takes a minimum of 7 working days.


We operate to extremely high standards, so we’re very sorry if there’s some damage to your order. All orders leave our warehouse in perfect condition, but damage can sometimes happen in transit.

If you see or suspect damage of any description then please do the following within 48 hours of receiving your order:

Sign DAMAGED on the delivery note
Take photos of all damaged tiles
Email us pictures of all the damaged tiles with a full count of the tiles

Unfortunately we cannot issue and despatch replacements until your claim for damages and photos have been received correctly via email.


If you change your mind after your tiles arrive don’t worry – we offer a 30 days return policy. Just send your order back to us and we’ll refund you in full, excluding any delivery charges we incur, if applicable.
